This class is designed for complete beginners and focuses on learning the fundamentals from the ground up in a relaxed, friendly environment.You’ll be guided by our experienced coach Ché who will break down the core skills of boxing, including stance, footwork, basic punches, defence, and simple combinations. There’s no pressure, no prior experience needed, and plenty of support to help you build confidence at your own pace.Whether your goal is fitness, skill development, or eventually progressing into more advanced boxing classes, Boxing Basics gives you a strong foundation and a welcoming introduction to the sport.
