Boxing Skills

Boxing Skills is a technique-focused class designed to help you refine and develop your boxing ability. The class covers a wide range of skills through structured partner drills, pad work, bag work, and other boxing-specific exercises, all guided by head coach Harry and Auckland boxing champion Keith.This is a non-contact class, making it suitable for members of all levels who want to improve their skills, timing, and overall boxing knowledge in a controlled and supportive environment. While the class is open to all members, we strongly recommend completing the Boxing Basics class first to ensure you have a solid understanding of the fundamentals if you have no prior experience.Whether you’re looking to sharpen your technique, build confidence, or prepare for more advanced training, Boxing Skills is a key step in your boxing journey.
